Shipping Locations 

We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. 

Processing Time 

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. 

Once processing is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our standard shipping generally takes between 3-8 business days, so you can enjoy your latest fashion finds as soon as possible. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may arrange a re-delivery. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package along with photographic evidence. 

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after confirming with the courier partner.
