Order Cancellation Before Shipment   

You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever happens earlier.  

To request cancellation, please get in touch with our customer support team via email.  

If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped   

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification   

We currently do not allow modification of items or addresses once the order is placed. You will need to cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
