Products must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

• Every tag, label, and box must be returned in the same condition as delivered.   
   
• Items that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.   
   
• Return requests are required to be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer support team within this time frame to initiate the return.   
   
• Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Initiate a Request 
Email us your Order ID along with the reason for returning the item at apexbloominnovationspvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos   
In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, attach clear photographs showing the issue to help us review your request quickly .  

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions   
Once your return is approved, we will share the necessary instructions to complete the process.  

We retain the authority to refuse any return that does not align with our guidelines.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

When the returned item reaches us, it will undergo an inspection to verify compliance with our return policy. You will receive notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, followed by a confirmation email once completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

Where an item satisfies the return conditions only in part, such as missing packaging or slight damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion after evaluation.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, you must submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us clear photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it efficiently.
